We tried to sell our home on our own initially, sending an email to our neighborhood so our neighbors could inform friends and family members who might be interested in our home. We did get some interest but our home wasn't quite right for any of the parties. After a few weeks we reached out to Wayne Obitz, who helped us with the purchase of our home in 2016. We had been pleased with his services back then and chose to use him again. We were again very pleased, in fact he literally coordinated a first showing while he was still going through the paperwork with us less than an hour after he arrived to take pictures of the home! That person didn't make an offer, but it took only a few days for 3 serious and appealing offers to come in. We ultimately accepted an offer that was significantly higher than our asking price, and as we had hoped, it was a cash buyer. We would highly recommend Wayne Obitz to all.
